The pacy right back completes move to the Bulgarian side after a year of inactive football following FIFA ban as a result of dispute with his former agent. He was reported to have failed to pay an agent he cheated in a transfer back in 2014.
The ban on the France and Bulgaria pursuit defender was recently lifted giving the player freedom to join the Bulgarian club on short-term basis.
Inkoom , Tuesday put pen to paper with a half season deal with an option to return to the Bulgarian top flight where he previously played for rivals Vereya FC ( during the 2016/17season - the club he played for before the FIFA ban)
The 29-year old former Ghanaian youth played with the team at 2009 African Youth Championship in Rwanda in which the team emerged the winner at that tournament.
He took to his official twitter handle to share his joy , thanking his followers for the support.
He was a key member for the Black Stars at the 2010 FIFA World Cup helping the team reach the quarter-finals of the competition for the first time.
