Vice President Alhaji Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has returned home to Ghana after a 12-day medical leave in the United Kingdom.

The Vice President was welcomed back home on Thursday night by a crack government delegation led by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

Among the delegation were cabinet ministers including Minister of Trades and Industry Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen.

There was also Sheikh Ibrahim Cudjoe Quaye, who is the Chairman of the National Hajj Board.

Outspoken football administrator Alhaji Karim Grunsah was also at the Kotoka International Airport to welcome back home Dr Bawumia.
