Mr. David Oppong, Metro Director of Education for the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) has stated that, inclusion of LGBTQIA+ should be the last thing to consider in our education curriculum.
Chairman of the Christian Council most Reverend Paul Kwabena Boafo has indicated that the council is against the activities and acts of the LGBTQI and not the personality of those involved in the act.
According to him the council do not criminalize LGBTQI individuals but see actions as a disorder in their life and those who are calling for it to be legalized must undergo certain counseling and deliverance.
