Some of the items destroyed were the school records, computers, printing machine, laptops, students’ chairs, plastic chairs, ceiling fans and other valuables.
Information gathered by Silver FM's Akwadaa Nyame indicates that, the fire started Thursday dawn of May 17, 2019.
Personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service spent about an hour before they were able to control the fire.
The cause of the inferno is not yet known, however, officials of Ghana Fire Service have commenced investigations into the incident.
Meanwhile, the Assembly Member of the area Hon Bismark Addae Dwumoh suspects foul play and has promised to bring the perpetrators to book.
Headmistress of the school, Madam Joyce Osei Manu has appealed to the government, traditional authorities and other individuals to come to their aid.
She also stated that the School management team is going to sit on this issue to find temporal measures that will help the students get a place to study especially the final year students who are about to write their Basic Education Certificate Examination.
