The group contends they are severely bearing the brunt following their past colleagues refusal to pay back their loans enjoyed while in school which made them indebted in their various schools.
The group in a statement earlier threatened to hit the streets if management of the fund fails to disburse the student loans to beneficiaries at the various tertiary institutions across the country.
Adjei Boakye, Convener for the aggrieved students in an interview with Nana Ampratwum on the Omanbapa Morning Show of Silver 98.3 FM said some of the students including himself have take loans elsewhere which needs to be repaid.
“All that they tell us is they are working on it each time we confront them. We were expecting the monies to have come from Accra so that we will get something to settle the loans we took elsewhere but nothing seems to pay off.” Adjei Boakye lamented.
“We have been to their office at the Kumasi Technical University formally K-Poly and KNUST which is their Regional Office on countless times but to no avail.” The Convener continued.
