Residents of Amakye Bare in the Atwima Nwabiagya North District of the Ashanti region led by the Assembly Member of the area Hon Osei Tutu Collins have expressed their appreciation to Nana Gyedu Kumaning IV (Amakye Barehene) for bringing massive development to the community.

The residents expressed their appreciations about his transformational agenda in areas of education, finance, roads and  support for the needy, since he assumed the position.

Speaking to SilverNEWS , some of the residents shared their reasons for commending the Chief for his interventions within a space of 3 years on the throne.

''We the residents of Amakye Bare are very happy because within the few years our chief ascended the throne he has shown his commitment to fast-track development in the community''.

''He normally brings machines to grade our road whenever there is a problem and so we have also vowed to help him succeed in his endeavours for the community''

The residents called on the government and benevolent individuals who hail from Amakye Bare to come to their aid to fix their dilapidated roads network from Maabang Junction to Amakye Bare and Anin- Nkrumah respectively.

Nana Gyedu Kumaning IV ( Amakye Barehene ) revealing his secret towards the developmental projects said he adopted his motivation from Otumfuo Osei Tutu II ( Asantehene) who always charges his chiefs not to undermine developmental projects in every area they reside as traditional leaders.

Nana Gyedu Kumanni IV was installed as the Chief of Amakye Bare in December 2017 after 15years of chieftaincy conflict among factions claiming ownership of the throne.

Known in private life as Mr Kwame Alex Frimpong ,the 15-year vacant stool of Amakye Bare, near Kumasi in the Ashanti Region finally had an occupant under the stool name, Nana Gyedu Kumanini IV.
