Mr. Sampson Anokye, branch Manager of the Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB), Asafo in the Ashanti Region, says the lack of patriotism and respect has become a normal practice for leaders or heads of organizations and businesses in Ghana.
According to the Manager,patriotic and respectful leaders in a business environment impress good working conditions and client relationship which increases organizational growth.
Citing the banking sector as an example, Mr. Anokye revealed that the secret way through which a customer can be retained is patriotic leadership through good company-client relationship and respect for everyone needs to be served.
